DIBC European e-commerce Survey 2000
|
In 1999 DIBC undertook
its first e-commerce survey to assess the impact of the internet
on bank strategies. Involving 30 banks the survey received media
coverage in the Financial Times and other financial press and
positive feedback from many of its recipients.
In 2000 a second survey was prepared with special focus on mobile
