Occasional Seminars

These fall into two broad types:

• Requested by clients on a specific topic for a designated audience: Recent topics addressed for our banking clients include trends and issues in international banking, the future shape of retail distribution and the outlook for global investment banking
• A topical issue identified by DIBC for an open audience: For example in February 2000, we hosted a seminar on bank mergers featuring Sir Brian Pitman, the Chairman of Lloyds TSB
• For a Scandinavian bank, DIBC has organized and managed a series of annual seminars on selected issues for the top management team either in collaboration with Cass Business School or on a stand alone basis.
