Lee Barnes - Director

Graduated from Harvard College and Harvard Business School. His consulting career began at McKinsey & Company, where he was an associate and principal in the firm's New York and London offices. Consulting assignments over 13 years covered the banking and insurance industries.

He served as head of the international and reinsurance division of Continental Insurance (New York) and directed new business ventures for Citicorp's Global Insurance Division. At Ernst & Young's management consulting group in New York, he developed and introduced risk-adjusted performance measures in insurance companies. For DIBC, Lee has served retail banks on a variety of bancassurance topics and investment banks, for whom he authored research studies on the London and German insurance markets and on private health insurance in the UK and Germany.
